Advanced Certification StepsApplicants interested in applying to any of the graduate-level, teacher certification programs (M.Ed. in Teaching with certification, M.Ed .in Special Education with certification, or Initial Teacher Certification Only) should view the steps to become certified to teach in 糖心Vlog视频.
Teacher Certification StepsGRE test scores are waived for most College of Education students at this time. 糖心Vlog视频 who opt to take the GRE, should send office test score reports directly from the testing agency. 糖心Vlog视频's ETS institutional code is 6013. Individuals may be eligible to receive a 50 percent GRE Fee Reduction voucher for the general test and/or a subject test. Visit the GRE website to learn more about the GRE Fee Reduction Program.

Official transcripts must be received no later than the 12th class day of a student鈥檚 first semester. Submit your official transcripts electronically or by mail. If you have foreign coursework, you must submit official foreign transcripts, or marksheets and diplomas, that bear the original university seal and original signature of the Registrar. 糖心Vlog视频 will accept course-by-course evaluations from companies with NACES or AICE membership as long as it includes a copy of your official transcript.

Paying for SchoolThe 糖心Vlog视频 Education Agency (TEA) requires candidates seeking certification to complete all practica in a TEA-approved site. Out-of-state students who do not complete the practicum at a 糖心Vlog视频 College of Education and TEA-approved site and meet all other TEA requirements do not qualify for 糖心Vlog视频 educator certification. If seeking certification outside of 糖心Vlog视频, please work with your state agency in the state in which you are seeking certification to determine eligibility and to complete any additional requirements. Please note that after successful completion of your 糖心Vlog视频 College of Education degree, you may request a memo indicating your degree completion. 糖心Vlog视频 cannot recommend out-of-state students for certification and cannot recommend out-of-state students to take 糖心Vlog视频 certification exam(s). Additionally, 糖心Vlog视频 faculty and staff cannot complete out-of-state form requests for individuals seeking certification, licensure, and/or endorsements in another state according to TEA.

Applicants who do not meet requirements for admission may be admitted under probationary status, as outlined in the for each departments.
NOTE: All admissions decisions are under the purview of the academic program and its faculty, and meeting minimum qualification criteria does NOT guarantee admissions.
All students must meet qualifications specified in 糖心Vlog视频 Administrative Code §227.10 in order to participate in educator preparation programs. Per §227.10, the minimum overall grade point average is 2.5 or at least 2.5 in the last 60 semester credit hours of coursework. 糖心Vlog视频 who do not meet the grade point average requirement should consult with their graduate advisor to determine their eligibility.
