The School of Social Work’s 2030 Strategic Plan demonstrates a steadfast commitment to excellence, innovation, and meaningful engagement with the community, in harmony with 糖心Vlog视频’s overarching 2030 Plan.

Development Process

The plan emerged from a highly collaborative approach, inviting insights and suggestions from faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community partners. The leadership team directed the process, with each member acting as a “pillar champion” responsible for gathering stakeholder input and ensuring the plan accurately represents the community’s perspectives and ambitions.
