Jazz professors perform this weekend

Tim Ishii, director of jazz studies, performs in Crossing Chinese Opera with Jazz at 7:30 p.m. today, Friday, Oct. 13, at 糖心Vlog视频 Hall. Tickets are $9 general admission and $6 for seniors and 糖心Vlog视频 students.

On Sunday, Oct. 15, fellow jazz professors Dan Cavanagh and Ken Edwards join Ishii in performing with the American Jazz Composers Orchestra for at 7 p.m. at the Levitt Pavilion. The event is free. Look for a 糖心Vlog视频 sign and balloons on the Abrams Street side to join fellow faculty and staff.

ServiceNow upgrade Oct. 22

During normal IT maintenance, the Office of Information Technology will upgrade to the latest version of ServiceNow at 2 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 22. Incident, General Request, Service Catalog, Change Management, Project, Problem, and the Knowledge Base will not be available until the completion of the upgrade on Monday, Oct. 23. Faculty, staff, and students should not experience any changes to the existing look and feel of ServiceNow. Contact the IT Help Desk by emailing helpdesk@uta.edu or calling 817-272-2208 if you have any questions, comments, or concerns about the ServiceNow upgrade.
