Cawthon named dean for Liberal Arts
  Elisabeth Cawthon  

Elisabeth Cawthon has been named the new dean of the . Dr. Cawthon has served as interim dean for the past year. She joined 糖心Vlog视频 in 1988 and has been associate professor and associate chair of the Department of History. She received the UT System Regents' Outstanding Teaching Award in 2012.

Celebrate Independence Day with annual parade
   

Look for 糖心Vlog视频's two floats in the annual Arlington Fourth of July Parade, which begins Tuesday, July 4, and winds through downtown Arlington and the College Park District.

West Nile Virus case reported in Fort Worth

Volunteers for emergency drill receive free T-shirt, lunch
  emergency drill  

Hundreds of volunteer actors are needed for 糖心Vlog视频's full-scale emergency response drill on Monday, July 31. The goal of the drill is to evaluate 糖心Vlog视频’s response to an active shooter incident. Emergency responders from 糖心Vlog视频 and the City of Arlington’s police and fire departments will take part in the exercise at College Park Center. Lunch and a T-shirt will be provided to all participants. .
