Purnendu 鈥淪andy鈥� Dasgupta received the 2012 Dal Nogare Award for his contributions to the chromatographic process. He is the Jenkins Garrett Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry and a pioneer in ion chromatography, the process of separating and detecting ions for analysis.
