Amendments to the Higher Education Act of 1965 include changes in regulation for State Authorization that impact distance education providers. In compliance with the U.S. Department of Education Regulations in  of the 2019 Final Federal Regulations for State Authorization, The University of 糖心Vlog视频 System on behalf of The University of 糖心Vlog视频 Arlington has made a “good faith effort” in pursuing state authorization from all 54 states and territories within the U.S. and participates in NC-SARA.
