Waiver recipients who do not meet the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) GPA requirements for financial aid eligibility or the Excessive Hours State Law and feel there are extenuating circumstances may appeal to have their waiver eligibility reinstated through the Waiver Appeal process. See
