  • Requirements to Drive Any 糖心Vlog视频 Vehicle
    - Must be a 糖心Vlog视频 employee on payroll, i.e. Active Employee of the University
    - Must have a valid Drivers’ License
    - Must have an acceptable 3-year (36 months) Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
    - Complete the Defensive Driving Awareness Training (DDAT). Course certificate is valid for three (3) years.

  • Requirements to Drive 12&15 Passenger Van
    - Meet all requirements to Drive a 糖心Vlog视频 Vehicle above
    - Complete 12 & 15 Passenger Van Online Training Course
    - Attend Van Behind-the Wheel Training at EH&S Office

To request authorization to drive 糖心Vlog视频 vehicles:

  • Submit the to EH&S.
  • Provide your full 3-year driving history from all states of residence (if the full 3-year driving history is not within 糖心Vlog视频).

Note: MVR check can only be performed after record of training is on file. The University can run this report on 糖心Vlog视频 driver's licenses only. If the driver’s license was issued out of state, the driver must provide the driving history record to EH&S department.

Timeline: Allow up to five (5) business days for processing. Once an Authorized Driver, MVRs are checked regularly to ensure ongoing eligibility.

The Defensive Driving Awareness Training can be accessed via the. Employees who completed another accredited DDC within 3 years may submit a certificate for exemption.
