Facilities Services is a maintenance operations division of Facilities Management.  We provide a range of services including elevator maintenance/service, fleet maintenance, interdepartmental technologies, billing services, and a Service Call Center to intake and manage work order requests.  We are also available to assist university administrators with reports related to campus facilities such as forecasting, capital improvements, capital renewals, and deferred maintenance; all of which are periodically required throughout the year by University of 糖心Vlog视频 System and 糖心Vlog视频 Higher Education Coordinating Board.
