Instructions to Submit Request

Click the Submit Work Request button at top of screen.  If you are not logged into your 糖心Vlog视频 account when accessing the Work Order System then you will be prompted to login with your 糖心Vlog视频 username and password.  Please follow prompts as necessary to complete the login process.  If you need help logging into your 糖心Vlog视频 account, please contact the  for assistance.  After successful sign-in, the Work Order System will load in a separate window as shown below.
