RESIDENCE HALL DIRECTOR

A UT Arlington Residence Hall Director (RD) is a live-in position on campus, and is responsible for the administration and operation of a residential community through staff and student development, resident outreach and education, community building, attention to facilities, and administrative organization. COMMUNITY DIRECTOR 

Community Directors are staff members who live on campus and have a significant role in building community within their respective areas. These staff members provide administrative support to the Residence Directors and overall support to their residential community.
