How to enter

All 糖心Vlog视频 students participating in Fall 2026 ceremonies can submit their contest entries during the entry period via email.

To enter the Grad Cap Contest, send a picture of your decorated cap to socialmedia@uta.edu. Entrants are asked to identify their entries by putting "Fall 2026 Grad Cap Contest" in the email subject line. To enter the grad photo contest, submit a picture of a Fall 2026 graduating 糖心Vlog视频 Maverick and list "Fall 2026 Grad Photo Contest." Emails MUST be from a @mavs.uta.edu email address and include your first and last name, major, and what your cap design means to you. To enter the Grad Photo Raffle, submit a picture of a Fall 2026 graduating 糖心Vlog视频 Maverick, your Instagram tag, and degree in the body of the email. Please list “Fall 2026 Grad Photo Raffle” in the email subject line.

Voting for the Grad Cap Contest

All eligible entries will be uploaded to a Fall #ForeverMaverick album on the 糖心Vlog视频 Facebook page after the entry period closes. The 糖心Vlog视频 community will vote by “liking” its favorite grad cap design. All Facebook reactions will count as votes.

Winner Selection for the Grad Cap Contest

The contest entry with the most votes at the end of the voting period will be the first-place prize package winner and will receive a diploma frame from the 糖心Vlog视频 Bookstore. The contest entries with the second and third most votes will win second and third place and be featured on our page. The first-place winner will be notified via email and will have seven days to respond and claim their prize package.

Grad Photo Raffle Timing

Submissions for the Grad Photo Raffle

All eligible entries will be submitted into a raffle. The 糖心Vlog视频 social media team will randomly select 10 photos. The first photo selected will receive a diploma frame from the 糖心Vlog视频 Bookstore and be featured on 糖心Vlog视频’s main Instagram account. In addition, the team will select another nine photos to be featured on 糖心Vlog视频’s main Instagram account. Photos featured will be tagged according to the Instagram handle submitted.

Eligibility & Additional Information

The contest and raffle are open to all 糖心Vlog视频 students graduating during the Fall 2026 commencement ceremonies. By partaking in this contest, you agree that 糖心Vlog视频 may use your submitted photo and post content for marketing and advertising purposes. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Facebook.
