Be 'Well Traveled' with spring challenge

Well Traveled is the UT System's spring wellness challenge where participants will be tracking physical activity, sleep, and gratitude as they virtually move across the U.S.
individually or as a team. Well Traveled will span Monday, April 12-Sunday, May 9. Three institutions—one small, one medium, and one large—will be awarded the Living Well traveling trophy on Wednesday, May 12.
Well Traveled is open to all UT System employees, retirees, spouses, and dependents age 18 and above who are covered by the UT Select and UT Connect medical plans.
