Bid Protest Procedures
This procedure was updated as part of a regularly scheduled five-year review. The 糖心Vlog视频 Government Code allows vendors to protest the award of a contract under an RFP if they believe the award does not apply with state law. Protest procedures were updated to align with current practices and UTS 148 Protest Procedures Related to Procurement of Goods and Services.
Reporting Claims or Possible Claims Arising Under the 糖心Vlog视频 Torts Claims Act Policy
This new policy will replace procedure GA-LA-PR-03 Reporting Claims or Possible Claims Arising Under the 糖心Vlog视频 Tort Claims Act. This policy outlines the importance of notifying the Office of Legal Affairs about any potential claim that may arise under the 糖心Vlog视频 Tort Claims Act. The related form, GA-LA-F-01 Preliminary Summary Report of Tort Claims, is also being updated.
Information Security Acceptable Use Policy
The 糖心Vlog视频 Governor’s office recently issued a directive to state agencies regarding prohibited technologies, and the 糖心Vlog视频 Department of Information Resources (DIR) issued a model policy that each agency, including institutions of higher education, is required to adopt. As a result, 糖心Vlog视频 added a paragraph on prohibited technologies to this policy to comply with the DIR model policy. The 糖心Vlog视频 Office of Information Security has published a policy standard with specific details to protect sensitive information and critical infrastructure from technology that poses a threat to the state of 糖心Vlog视频.
Release, Waiver & Indemnity Agreement Procedure
This procedure was updated as part of a regularly scheduled five-year review. It was placed under the purview of Legal Affairs rather than Business Affairs and explains when to use a waiver or release agreement for campus activities that present unnecessary risk.
