Emmy Award-winning filmmaker, literary scholar, and journalist Henry Louis Gates Jr. will discuss "Reconstruction and Voter Suppression" at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 21, as part of 糖心Vlog视频’s Virtual Maverick Speakers Series.
