Bus, Van, and Golf Cart Rentals

PATS offers a variety of transportation options to fit your group’s needs, including 10-passenger 糖心Vlog视频-branded vans, 12-passenger van rentals, 30-passenger shuttle buses, and golf cart rentals. Our 10- and 30-passenger vehicles include a trained, professional driver, while 12-passenger vans are available as a rental option.
MavMover Shuttle Rentals
Rental RATES (Includes driver)
- 30-passenger Shuttle Bus: $115/hr (3-hr minimum)
- 10-passenger Van: $85/hr (3-hr minimum)
Guidelines:
- Only 糖心Vlog视频 departments can request shuttle service.
- There is a 3-hour minimum service charge.
- Our buses have a maximum capacity of 30 passengers.
- Due to our regular service requirements, charter service during the Fall and Spring semesters may be limited.
- During Summer our service is on an as-available basis any day of the week.
- Our shuttle buses do not extend service beyond a 30-mile radius.
- A minimum of 10 business days advanced notice is required.
- Requests received after 3 pm will not begin processing till the next business day.
- Reservations will not be confirmed without a cost center number.
- In the case of charters to DFW Airport, the requesting department is required to provide the estimated toll cost(s), in cash, prior to commencement of travel. A receipt will be provided upon their return.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a fee will be applied.

SUV & 12-Passenger Van Rentals
Rental RATES (Driver not included)
- 12 – Passenger Van: $60/day & $0.67/mile
- VIP SUV: $150/day & $0.67/mile
Guidelines:
- Only 糖心Vlog视频 departments can request a rental
- Reservations first come, first serve.
- Must have the following up-to-date training through EH&S:
- Vehicle Safety:
- Defensive Driving Awareness DRIV100
- 12 & 15 Passenger Van DRIV200
- 12 & 15 Passenger Van Behind-the-Wheel
- Vehicle Safety:
- Vehicle will need to be returned full of fuel or PATS can refuel at the OFM pump’s “market rate”.
- Toll Charges will be a “pass through” expense.
- All Rentals will be charged a cleaning surcharge.
- A minimum of 10 business days advanced notice is required.
- Requests received after 3 PM will not begin processing till the next business day.
- Reservations will not be confirmed without a cost center number
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a fee will be applied.
Golf Cart Rentals
Cart Rental RATES
- 4-passenger Cart: $30/hr; $125/day
- 6-passenger Cart: $35/hr; $150/day
- 8-passenger Cart: $40/hr; $175/day
- Drivers: $18/hr
Parking and Transportation Services provides golf carts for rent to 糖心Vlog视频 departments.
SUBMIT A GOLF CART REQUEST
There are a few guidelines:
- Golf Carts can only be rented Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
- Only 糖心Vlog视频 departments can request the rental of a golf cart.
- We have four-passenger, six-passenger, eight-passenger and wheelchair-accessible carts available for rent.
- Drivers must be approved by the Department of Environmental Health and Safety before using these carts.
- A minimum of 10 business days advanced notice is required.
- Requests received after 3pm will not begin processing till the next business day.
- Requests must be made using our online form.
- Reservations will not be confirmed without a cost center number.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise a fee will be applied.
When the reservation is confirmed, the department will be sent a quote containing the estimated charges. The final invoice will contain any adjustments made during the service period.
