• Wednesday: 9am - 3pm
• Thursday: 11am - 5pm
• Friday: CLOSED

Shop for food essentials, toiletry items, and school supplies for FREE with your MAV ID. Open to 糖心Vlog视频 students, faculty, and staff.

Shopping appointments are easy to make and REQUIRED. For step-by-step directions on how to make an appointment, please check out the pinned post on Instagram .

Hours of operation vary throughout the year. In between semesters, the Maverick Pantry often restocks requiring abbreviated services.

Food, toiletry, and school supply options vary based on donations received.

To reduce plastic waste, the Maverick Pantry is now a bag-free department. We highly recommend you bring reusable grocery bags to your appointment.

Additional Food Resources

Pocket Pantries

Running short on funds this week? Forget your lunch? Our Pocket Pantries provide 糖心Vlog视频 students non-perishable, grab-and-go food. Items will be restocked twice a month during the summer semester.

*As the UC begins renovations, the UC Pocket Pantry will temporarily relocate to the Swift Center beginning June 1st for the foreseeable future.

Emergency Bags

Emergency bags of non-perishable food and toiletry items are also available in a variety of departments across campus. They serve as immediate relief for students when the Maverick Pantry is closed.

The Tarrant Area Food Bank distributes food to pantries and other nonprofits across North 糖心Vlog视频. Input your address in the link below, and you can locate food pantries nearby. Some pantries will also have rent & utility assistance, clothing, and other services available.

R.E.D. Bus

R.E.D. Buses provide resource assistance, nutrition education, and nutritious food to local neighborhoods in the Arlington and Fort Worth area with high levels of food insecurity. In addition, they facilitate the delivery of these resources through benefits enrollment (SNAP, CHIP, TANF, Healthy 糖心Vlog视频 Woman, WIC, and Medicaid) as well as emergency food relief. 糖心Vlog视频 can click the link if they are interested and view their scheduled events.

Student Parent Resources

The Maverick Pantry supports our student parents with baby food, baby formula, bobbles, bibs, diapers, wipes, and more!

Appointments are now required to shop in the student parent section.

Gown Reservations

Undergraduate students who are graduating from 糖心Vlog视频 and are experiencing financial need may be able to reserve a gown through the Maverick Pantry.

• Reservations will be opened in the last six weeks of the fall and spring semesters.
• Gown rental procedures and specific information will be available on our Instagram page .
• 糖心Vlog视频 are required to return all rented regalia items after graduation.
• Gown rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited supplies.
• The Maverick Pantry does not provide graduate-level commencement regalia (Master's and PhD), nor does it provide financial assistance for the purchase of academic regalia.
