Our Communications Team is here to help tell your story and to write the on-brand message for the school's audience. Whether you have earned a research grant, uncovered profound revelations as a result of your study, or want to celebrate a student you are proud of, we want to share that message.

Do you have an announcement you would like to share with the faculty and staff for the Weekly Dish? The Weekly Dish is the best and most consistent way to get your message out there to our SSW community. Whether it is a call for proposals, an award, funding announcements, or an event this is the most reliable way to get your message out.

We are excited to re-introduce our Courtyard Conversations series as a 30-minute to one-hour podcast! You choose the subject, invite a guest of your choice, and we will help you broadcast from the comfort of your home or office! Our Communications Team will help you prepare by offering best practices tips, review your script, and moderate your episode to ensure it flows well and keeps the conversation going!

Know a student with a story to tell? The School of Social Work is hosting a student-based podcast focusing on our students and alumni. Our guests can choose from a variety of different topics from how social work has impacted their lives, their educational journey, and their overall passion for the social work profession.

Videography

Have a project that requires a video? Our studio can help you with that. Our studio is equipped with professional grade cameras, audio equipment, a “never-miss-your-mark" teleprompter and more! To ensure a quality product we request that you provide as much time as possible for the development process, we begin each initiative with an in-take session to understand your mission, we will then assist you in creating a script, before scheduling you for a session in the studio. Finally, we will also handle all post-production editing your video may require. 

Tips on How to Prepare

• Brainstorm: How would you like to present your content? Develop a script or use your PowerPoint notes. If you need suggestions, contact us here at the studio for tips and tricks.
• Decide what you would like to say: Are you concerned about staying on track on video? No worries. We can place your notes directly in front of you on our teleprompter. 

Website Requests

Please request your website updates by filling out the Online Request Form.

Please make sure to include the following information:

• The webpage URL (Ex. /academics/schools-colleges/social-work/programs/msw)
• The location on the webpage that needs to be modified, and updated verbiage if needed.
• Also, attach any documents, pictures and external links that needs to be modified or added to the webpage.
• Please spell check all information.  Also, verify all documents and pictures are website accessible as required by 糖心Vlog视频 Web Standard Guidelines.
  
   

The Marketing Office also manages SSW’s social media platforms, including; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Threads. We are here to help promote our students, staff, and faculty on our social media. Want your event to be featured on the School of Social Work Social Media Pages? Here are a few things to know:

• Creative must be submitted at
