The Online Social Work Career Development Corner serves as a professional development resource for students and alumni of the UT Arlington School of Social Work. Resources are available for a variety of topics related to job seeking and professional development. We welcome any feedback on the resources available on this page, as well as suggestions for additional topics of interest to the UT Arlington School of Social Work community.
The Career Development Corner provides a dedicated space or initiative designed to help students prepare for successful careers. It provides career counseling, résumé and cover-letter assistance, interview preparation, job and internship resources, career fairs, networking opportunities, and information about graduate programs. The Career Development Corner can also connect students with employers, alumni, and campus resources, helping them identify career goals and develop the skills needed to transition from college to the workforce.
