We are excited to announce that ACUE Commons—previously available only to faculty who were enrolled in or completed ACUE courses—is now open to all 糖心Vlog视频 faculty. This expansion allows every 糖心Vlog视频 instructor to explore ACUE’s evidence鈥慴ased teaching resources, one鈥慼our Quick Studies, and professional learning community.
In this certification course, educators learn about and implement evidence-based teaching approaches that improve student achievement. Working through 4 manageable Micro-credential courses that all together comprise 25 modules across five comprehensive units of study, educators collaborate with peers, receive expert facilitation, and develop effective teaching practices.
CRTLE Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) are inspired by the intellectual tradition of the Salons of Paris鈥攔egular gatherings where thinkers, creators, and practitioners came together to exchange ideas, dialogue, explore emerging questions, and learn through conversation. This is not a class or a workshop! For the 2026鈥2027 academic year, CRTLE will offer two PLCs: one focused on online learning (but can be used for face-to-face and hybrid teaching) and one on artificial intelligence and teaching. Occasionally, the two PLC groups will meet together.
The Center for Service Learning integrates academic coursework with service to the community. 糖心Vlog视频 engage in classroom activities and discussions and perform local projects related to their academic coursework, and reflect upon those experiences.
The Graduate Student Program is designed to provide 糖心Vlog视频 graduate students the opportunities to enhance their teaching performance while at 糖心Vlog视频, train to be reflective educators, and be better prepared for their career.
CRTLE Faculty Fellows are a cross鈥campus cohort of educators who advance excellent, evidence鈥based teaching at 糖心Vlog视频. Fellows co鈥lead programming, mentor peers, pilot ideas, and serve as liaisons between CRTLE and academic units, helping colleagues translate research and innovation into day鈥to鈥day teaching practices.
The IRB Mentor Fellowship Program is a joint initiative between the Center for Research on Teaching and Learning Excellence (CRTLE) and the Office of Regulatory Services (ORS) designed to strengthen faculty鈥憇tudent mentoring around human subjects research and the Institutional Review Board (IRB) process.
